We walk the property with you, talk through colors and finish, and send an itemized estimate listing every surface, the prep, the paint, the number of coats and the schedule. Once you approve it, we book your dates. Our crew preps, paints and cleans up, and we finish with a walkthrough and punch list before final payment. Your estimate is good for 45 days.

Exterior Painting FAQ

Which exterior areas can you paint on my home?

Our plan can cover siding and trim, doors and shutters, exterior walls, plus protection and cleanup. We confirm the exact surfaces during our walk through. That conversation is useful when your home has painted accents, a prominent entry door, or several wall materials that need different treatment.

How does Texas sun affect exterior paint?

Intense Texas UV fades and chalks lower-grade coatings, so we use premium UV-resistant products and proper prep to extend the life of your exterior.

Can you paint after hail damage?

Yes; we look over siding and trim for dents and cracks, fill and caulk minor damage, then prime and coat so the surface is sealed before the next storm season. Badly damaged siding needs a siding contractor first, and we'll point it out.

Can I use a different color for trim, doors, or shutters?

Yes. Exterior accents can give a home a stronger visual hierarchy without changing every wall color. We help you think through how the siding, trim, entry door, and shutters relate. We also discuss sheen so detailed elements read cleanly against the broader exterior field.

How will you protect landscaping and outdoor areas?

Protection is part of the work plan, not a separate concern. We plan around landscaping, walkways, windows, and other adjacent areas before coating begins. We also manage painting-related materials during the project and clean them up afterward, so the result is focused on the refreshed exterior rather than leftover jobsite mess.
