Pricing Guide

Power washing is priced after we see the surfaces and buildup. A driveway, painted wall, and pre-paint wash need different pressure, access, and protection. One generic number would not describe those differences well.

Your written estimate identifies the areas we will clean and the method suited to each one. It also notes fragile surfaces or restricted access that may change the work. You can review the plan before scheduling.

What changes the price

  • Material type and the pressure appropriate for that surface
  • Total area of siding, exterior walls, driveway, and walks
  • Degree and type of buildup found during our walk through
  • Access around gates, vehicles, landscaping, and tight paths
  • Pre-paint preparation needs and visible surface conditions

Power Washing FAQ

Will pressure washing damage my siding?

Not when pressure is matched to the surface. We use lower pressure on siding and stucco and higher pressure on concrete.

How long after washing can you paint?

Surfaces need to dry fully first, usually at least a day or two depending on weather.

What should I do before you arrive?

Close windows, move vehicles, and clear planters, furniture and toys from the areas being washed.
